Constitutional Court (MK) can dissolve a political party (parties) that proved to receive the flow of “tainted money” from Century Bank bailout.
The provision included in Act 2 / 2008 on Political Parties, the President of Law and Political Struggle (PHP) HMK Aldian PINEM, in Medan, on Monday (30/11).
Aldian PINEM says, in Article 40 letter b, c and d of Law 2 / 2008 on Political Parties prohibited the mentioned parties accept bribes or accepting money exceeds the specified limit, and must include the identity of donor aid.
The provision is reinforced by Article 41 letter c that mention political parties which received “illicit funds” can be dissolved Court. Therefore, the Court must be proactive in monitoring the results of the questionnaire rights Banks

To overcome the problem, the Court is expected to make improvements to
